Will Mysa work with my existing air conditioner?
Mysa for AC is designed to replace most LCD remotes for window, portable, and ductless mini-split air conditioners. For example, Mysa works with AC brands like:

Will Mysa for AC work with the Mysa app and other Mysa products?

Mysa for AC fully integrates with the Mysa app and all existing features such as Scheduling, Geofencing, Vacation, etc.!
Will Mysa sense humidity in my home?
Yes, Mysa will measure and display the current room humidity within the Mysa App, and includes the ability to monitor this daily.
Can I use a single Mysa for multiple AC units in my home?
Currently, Mysa for AC can only pair with one air conditioning unit at a time, whether it’s a window or portable unit, or a mini-split heat pump.
Does Mysa for AC need a power source?
Yes, Mysa for AC requires a standard (120V) outlet and is powered with the included Micro USB.
What modes and settings does Mysa support for air conditioning?
Currently, Mysa for AC supports Off / Cool / Heat, and Auto modes (where applicable)
Does Mysa for AC need to be mounted? Or require a gang box?
Mysa for AC does not require a gang box and is powered by Micro USB.
Mysa can be mounted with the included adhesive or can simply be placed on a table with the included stand. It is important to note that Mysa for AC must have a direct “line of sight” to your mini split or air conditioning unit.
How does Mysa save me money?
Mysa Smart Thermostats are designed to help you reduce your monthly electricity costs by using home energy more efficiently (running your heaters as accurately and infrequently as possible).
The Mysa app’s smart features like Scheduling, Geofencing, and Eco-Mode help you optimize your comfort level while using less energy to heat your home.
Is my internet connection strong enough? Do I need a special router?
Each Mysa Thermostat uses a tiny amount of data — approximately 0.5 MB — per day. While Mysa does not require any special routers and is designed to work with most household routers, it does require a unique 2.4ghz connection.
Please ensure that your router is able to operate a 2.4ghz network, and is not currently set to a merged network.
How does Mysa use my data or location?
Mysa uses your data to enable energy-saving features such as Early On. Your location is required to enable Geofencing but is optional.
Respecting and protecting our customers’ data is our first priority.
Mysa will never share your personal data with other parties. We’ve passed CSA’s Cyber Security Audit for Data Storage and scored an A+ on their ‘Hacking Penetration’ testing, which means our cyber security is second-to-none. Can I manually adjust the temperature on my Mysa thermostat?
Yes, you can control your preferred setpoint temperature from the thermostat’s faceplate. Adjusting the temperature manually will override your Schedule until the next set point change and will not interfere with any additional app settings!
Can I control multiple Mysas using my smartphone?
Yes, you can use the Mysa app to control up to 50 Mysa thermostats per device, and each Mysa account can include up to 10 homes — that means you can use the app to control up to 50 thermostats with just one account!
